Junco Partners: Live in the Bistro Bar: Friday 20th July 2012
We are excited to announce the return of the Junco Partners to The Mill Volvo Tyne Theatre's Bistro Bar on Friday 20th July for another night of fantastic R 'n' B.
Formed in 1964, the Junco Partners started out playing to North East crowds in Newcastle and Sunderland. They later went on to play alongside the likes of The Who and Rod Stewart and when the band split in 1971 individual members played alongside great artists such as Elkie Brooks and Robert Palmer.

The third annual Macmillan Cancer Support Comedy Night is taking place on Saturday 15th September at the Mill Volvo Tyne Theatre, and promises to be the best one yet!

Stewart Francis: Outstanding in his Field: Friday 9th November 2012
After a phenomenal run throughout the UK this year, the Mill Volvo Tyne Theatre is very proud to welcome Stewart Francis back with a continuation of his tyour 'Outstanding in his Field'
The Canadian born comic is best known for his host of original and hilarious one-liners, appearing totally honest and seemingly invulnerable. Star of ‘Live at the Apollo’ and regular on ‘Michael McIntyre’s Roadshow’, Francis received notable recognition after his support slot for Ricky Gervais and his numerous appearances on ‘Mock the Week’.

An Evening with Jack Dee: Friday 23rd and Saturday 24th November 2012
After a six year absence from Stand-Up, he’s back, agonizing over the slightest of annoyances and misdemeanors.
Where’s he been? Appearing on shows like QI and Never Mind The Buzzcocks, 8 out of 10 Cats and Have I Got News For You, hosting Radio 4’s legendary I’m Sorry I Haven’t A Clue, co-writing and starring in four series of BBC 2’s hit sitcom Lead Balloon and writing his memoirs, Thanks For Nothing which he modestly dedicated to himself -“Without whom none of this would have been possible”.

Circus of Horrors: Saturday 9th March 2013
18 years after its conception at the 1995 Glastonbury Festival the show has gone on to tour the World achieving cult status and dragging Circus screaming and shouting into the 21st century and beyond.
