In this remarkable production Let’s Hang On takes you on a musical journey through the prolific career of one of the most successful bands of all time” Frankie Valli & The Fours Seasons” on Sunday 20th May 2012.
You will hear the story of these blue-collar boys from the wrong side of the tracks who wrote their own songs, invented their own sound and took the world by storm all before the age of 30…
In the first part of the show Let’s Hang On take you back to the very beginning where it all began for these guys. You’ll hear tracks from the early 50’s when Frankie first joined the group and then with the addition of Bob Gaudio still recognised today as one of the greatest song writers of all time your treated to even more classic early material recreated live on stage with the greatest of accuracy!

Talon:
Coming live to the Mill Volvo Tyne Theatre, we have Talon, the definitve Eagles tribute band on Sunday 27th May 2012. Talon were formed back in September 1997. Fifteen years on and they are recognised throughout the industry as the worlds definitive Eagles tribute show.
The 15th Anniversary Tour features all the classic Eagles hits from their timeless back catalogue including 'Hotel California', 'Lyin’ Eyes', 'Take It Easy', 'Desperado', 'Take It To The Limit', 'Life In The Fast Lane', 'The Last Resort' and Many More. Plus Talon also play a number Don Henley's solo hits 'Boys Of Summer', 'Dirty Laundry', 'One Day At A Time' and 'Funk #49' by Joe Walsh.
Although the show now features seven world class musicians (plus a Horn Section at selected venues), it still boasts an immensely powerful vocal harmony and remains with the exact musical production which Talon have built their reputation. Their ability to evolve and go from strength to strength in delivering bigger and better shows for the past 15 years continues once again with what promises to be an event to remember.

A Journey To The Very Edge of Terror
On Monday 15th - Saturday 20th October , the Mill Volvo Tyne Theatre will host a terrifying adaptation of Charles Dickens Ghost Stories, The Haunting.
In an ancient, crumbling mansion, sheltering from the howling winds that tear across the surrounding desolate moorland, two men stumble across a dark and terrifying secret that will change their lives forever…
When a young book dealer, David Filde, is employed by a former associate of his uncle to catalogue an impressive library, he finds an incredible array of rare and antiquated books. But as a series of strange and unexplained events conspire to keep Filde from his work, he realises that if he is to convince his sceptical employer that the mysterious phenomena he is experiencing are real, they must journey together to the very edge of terror, and beyond, to discover the source of the ghostly night-time visitations…
