Coming to The Mill Volvo Tyne Theatre is the spectacular Andy Abrahams, with his new show History of the Big Band coming on Friday 18th May 2012.

The History of the Big Bands features a 13 piece big band and vocals from the incredible Andy Abraham.  Audiences will be transported on a magical musical journey revisiting the very best of the swing era.

The History of the Big Bands promises an outstanding evening of high energy, virtuoso musi¬cianship and wonderful songs. A fantastic show it’s sure to appeal to every big band fan and more.

Andy Abraham has sold in excess of half a million records with 3 albums, 3 UK wide tours and a recent stint on stage in London’s West End.  In 2008 Andy was chosen to represent England at the Eurovision Song Contest, singing to 600 million viewers worldwide.
