Sarah Millican: Thoroughly Modern Millican (16+) *Very Limited Availability Only*

Following unprecedented demand, the North East’s very own Sarah Millican has now confirmed an additional nights of Thoroughly Modern Millican.

This date will accompany her previously announced Mill Volvo Tyne Theatre shows in March and April 2012.

Sarah’s debut performance at The Mill Volvo Tyne Theatre was back in September 2010, as the headliner for Dave TV’s Dave’s One Night Stand. She then returned with six sell-out performances of her Chatterbox tour in early 2011. This announcement of Thoroughly Modern Millican marks a record-breaking run of comedy for the city centre venue.

The Mill Volvo Tyne Theatre is delighted to be associated with a home-grown talent such as Sarah Millican, and is elated with her rising and continued success since her debut performance. Phil Smith, Theatre Director said: “We’re thrilled to be bringing Sarah back to Newcastle for the conclusion of the Thoroughly Modern Millican Tour. Over the last 12 months she’s developed a great bond with The Tyne Theatre and it’s audiences, so this is a fitting end to the tour and a thank you to the people of Newcastle and the North East.”

Demand for tickets in her home city of Newcastle is expected to be extremely high, and early booking is strongly recommended. Sarah’s eighth date had almost sold out within 40 minutes of its release.
